Master Web Inc. operates a completely Digital Prepress Department.

From digital PDF files that arrive on our offsite file server, to our automated workflow and digital proofer and platesetters, we keep your product in the digital world to ensure the best possible reproduction. This way we can service your needs, no matter what software you are using to create your publication.

Our Digital Prepress Department works with a fully automated front end that automatically RIPs, Traps, Imposes, and applies Colour corrections to your supplied PDF files. Once prepared, your files are previewed using our digital HP Proofer on the same stock your product will be printed on, as a fully imposed printing flat. Once the proofs have been approved, the exact same file is sent to hi-resolution digital plates, imaged on top-of-the-line Trendsetters. Keeping your files in the digital world throughout this process ensures your product is produced from a first generation image without any degradation.
